膝关节镜在后交叉韧带重建中的效果研究

Research on effect in the knee joint mirror in the cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的探讨膝关节镜在后交叉韧带重建中的应用效果。方法取2015年12月至2016年12月该院收治交叉韧带重建患者90例作为研究对象，随机数字法分为对照组（n=45）和观察组（n=45）。对照组采用膝关节镜下交叉韧带切开重建术治疗，观察组采用膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术，比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后Lysholm评分、大腿周径比及跳跃指数分值与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组治疗后并发症发生率为6．67％，对照组为13．33％，2组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论交叉韧带重建患者采用膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建术治疗效果理想，能提高临床效果，降低术后并发症发生率，值得推广应用。

Objective to study the arthroscopic application effect in the cruciate ligament reconstruction.： Methods apply in De- cember 2015 - December 2016 hospitals,90 patients with cruciate ligament reconstruction as the research object, the method of ran- dom Numbers were divided into control group and observation group （n~ 45）. Under the control group used the knee joint mirror cruciate ligament cut revascularization therapy,observation group with the arthroscopic cruciate ligament revascularization, compare therapeutic effects of two groups. Results observation group after treatment Lysholm score, thigh weeks diameter ratio and jump index score compared with the control group there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05） ;Observation group after treatment the incidence of complications was 6.67 %, control group was 13.33%, the incidence of complications of two groups to compare difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion patients with cruciate ligament reconstruction using knee cruciate ligament revascularization therapy under the ideal lens, can improve the clinical effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,worthy of popularization and annlirntlnn
