急救麻醉处理严重创伤失血性休克的临床分析

Clinical analysis of first aid anesthesia for severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock

目的本次主要对急救麻醉处理严重创伤失血性休克的临床效果进行分析，为临床救治提供重要依据，确保患者早日康复。方法选取我院收治的严重创伤性休克患者80例，并对其进行麻醉处理和救治。结果有5例患者在麻醉过程中死亡，死亡率为6．25％，75例患者均完成手术，抢救成功率为93．75％。结论对于创伤性失血性休克的患者，给予有效的容量复苏以及选择合理的麻醉药物和麻醉方式，为手术创造良好的条件，有利于提高患者生存率。

Objective to analyse the clinical effect of emergency anesthesia in severe trauma with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock,and provide important basis for clinical treatment,ensure the patients recover at an early date. Methods 80 patients with se- vere traumatic shock were selected in our hospital,and they underwent the processing and treatment of anesthesia. Results 5 pa- tients died in the process of anesthesia, the mortality rate was 6.25 %, 75 patients finished the operation, rescue success rate was 93. 75%. Conclusion for patients with traumatic uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock,give effective capacity recovery and choose reasona- ble way of narcotic drugs and anesthesia could create good conditions for the operation, thus to improve patient survival.
