球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折安全性的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的系统评估国内球囊后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的安全性。方法全面检索中国科技期刊全文数据库(CKNI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)等数据库至2014年10月。采用荟萃分析方法评估球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术的骨水泥渗漏、临床并发症和邻近椎体新发骨折情况。结果共纳入7个研究,479例患者,随机效应模型分析RR=0.47,95%CI(O.28,0.78),异质性I^2=19.4%,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05),球囊脊柱后凸成形术水泥渗漏风险较其他手术方式低。结论球囊脊柱后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折可降低骨水泥渗漏分析,但需要研究进一步评估其临床并发症和新发椎体骨折情况。 Objective To systematically evaluate the safety of balloon kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in china. Methods To research the CKNI,SinoMed database to 2014 October. Using recta-analysis to evalu- ate the adverse effect of BKP,for bone cement leakage,clinical complications and adjacent new vertebral fractures. Results A total of 7 studies were included, 479 cases of patients, the random effect model of RR= 0.47,95% CI (0.28,0.78), the heterogeneity of I^2 = 19.4 %, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), the risk of cement leakage was lower than other surgical. Conelu- sion Balloon kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can reduce the'risk of cement leakage, but need further study to evaluate its clinical complications and new onset vertebral fracture cases.
