护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理价值

Nursing value of nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的评价护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的护理价值。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月该科住院的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，每组60例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施护理干预措施，观察2组患者的平均住院日，3个月内再次住院率及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者平均住院为9．3d，对照组为12．5d，3个月内再次住院率观察组为15．1％，对照组22．3％，患者满意度观察组为95．3％，对照组为84．2％，2组数据差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中的效果显著，缩短了患者的平均住院日，减少了患者3个月内的再次住院率及提高了患者的满意度，使护理效果得到显著提升，值得在临床中应用及推广。

Objective To evaluate the value of nursing interventions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. Methods 120 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases patient treated in our hospital from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016 were se- lected and divided into control group and observation group （with 60 cases in each group）. Patients in control group were given usu- al care;patients in observation group were given usual care and nursing interventions. Observe the average hospital stay period, re-admission rate in three month and nursing satisfaction. Results Observation group diseases average length of hospital stay is 9.3 day, matched group diseases average length of hospital stay is 12.5 day. Observation group diseases readmission rate in three month is 15.1%. Matched group diseases Readmission rate in three month is 22.3 %. observation group diseases nursing satisfaction is 95. 3%, matched group diseases is 84.2%. there was data contrast differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing in- terventions is be beneficial to chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases patient shortening the length of hospital stay, reduce the rate of hospital in three month and improve patient satisfaction. Thus the nursing effect was significantly improved, and it＇s worthy of clinical application and promotion.
