摘要
目的对黄龙止咳颗粒应用反相一高效液相色谱法对盐酸伪麻黄碱与盐酸麻黄碱含量的测定效果进行分析探讨。方法应用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);检测波长为210mm;温度为35℃,采用乙腈-磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相。结果盐酸伪麻黄碱RSD为1.79%,回收率为97.3%;盐酸伪麻黄碱RSD为1.82%,回收率为96.5%;盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量为0.024O~O.2851μg,盐酸麻黄碱进样量为0.0042~O.0486μg,二者范围内线性关系均良好。结论应用反相一高效液相色谱法测定黄龙止咳颗粒中的盐酸麻黄碱与伪麻黄碱含量,不仅操作简便且结果准确,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective Analyze the effect on Determination of Huanglong Zhike granules by reversed phase HPLC of pseudo- ephedrine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride. Methods Using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography col- umn was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) ; the detection wavelength of 210mm;the temperature is 35 DEG C, using aeetonitrile potassium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phase. Results RSD of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 1.79%, the recovery rate of 97. 3%;RSD of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 1.82%, the recovery rate of 96.5%; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride injection volume was 0. 024 0-0. 285 1 μg, ephedrine hydrochloride injection volume was 0. 004 2--0. 048 6 μg, the linearity was good. Determination of Huanglong in Zhike granules of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in. Conclusion Using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, not only simple and accurate, it is worthy of clini- cal popularization and application.
