无创呼吸机治疗高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭的临床疗效

Noninvasive ventilator for the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with left heart failure

目的探究在高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭治疗的过程中，采用无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果。方法将2013年2月至2016年6月该院收治的80例高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭患者分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组采用无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后动脉血气情况、呼吸频率、心率均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论无创呼吸机治疗高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭的临床疗效更优。

Objective To explore the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with left heart failure in elderly patients with noninvasive ventilator therapy. Methods The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the obser-vation group was treated with noninvasive ventilator. Results After treatment,the observation group was significantly better（P〈0.05）. The respiratory rate and heart rate of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Non invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dis- ease combined with left heart failure is more effective.
