氧疗联合使用造口粉及安普贴治疗失禁性皮炎的疗效

目的探讨氧疗联合造口粉及安普贴对失禁性皮炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择该院2015年3月至2017年3月收治的失禁性皮炎患者100例，分为A、B两组，每组50倒，给予A组患者氧疗联合造口粉及安普贴治疗，给予B组患者造口粉联舍3M伤口保护膜治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、护理次数及时间、愈合时间等。结果A组患者临床治疗效果优于B纽，平均护理次数及时间、愈合时间、复发率均显著低于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论氧疗＋造口粉＋安普贴具有临床效果优秀、促进炎症皮肤愈合、护理便捷、几乎无复发等特点，治疗效果明确。临床上可大力推广。

Objective to explore the clinical therapeutm effect of oxygen therapy combined wtth oral powder and anapstmk on m- continence dermatitis. Methods from March 2015 to March 2017 were incontinent dermatitis patients 100 cases,were randomly di- vided into A,B two groups,50 cases in each group,giving A joint group of oxygen therapy in patients with colostomy powder and ample therapy,group B patients＂ colostomy powder with 3 m protective film wound therapy. Compare two groups of clinical treat- ment effect,number of nursing times and time, healing time, etc. Results the clinical treatment effect of group A was better than that in group B,the average nursing number and time,healing time and recurrence rate were significantly lower than group B, and the difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion oxygen therapy＋ ore-making powder ＋ anpstick has excellent clinical effect, promoting inflammation of the skin,convenient nursing,almost no recurrence, etc. The treatment effect is clear. Clini- cal can be promoted vigorously.
