摘要
目的回顾性分析应用心脏三维标测技术经导管射频消融介入治疗快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取该院2013年3月至2015年3月收治的快速心律失常患者135例,均接受经导管射频消融术治疗,随访1~24个月,观察患者的临床治疗情况。结果135例患者经导管射频消融手术治疗,手术成功131例,成功率为97.04%;135例患者出现心包填塞1例、Ⅱ度房宣传导阻滞1例、穿刺针误入锁骨下动脉1例、左侧气胸1例,拔管时血压下降、心率变慢1例,手术并发症发生率为3.7%;手术成功患者平均随访时间(12±8)个月,其中,120例成功随访的患者中,偶有房性或室性早搏3例,心动过速复发4例,短阵房性心动过速2例,消融后复发2例,未出现复发性室颤、血栓等并发症。结论心脏三维标测系统导管射频消融术治疗快速心律失常成功率高、并发症发生率低、复发率低、安全性好,且该手术适应范围较广,不受年龄限制、不受合并器质性心脏病限制,是临床上最常采用的治疗心律失常的有效治疗手段。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous radiofrequency catheter ablation for the treat- ment of cardiac arrhythmias. Methods 135 cases of rapid arrhythmia patients treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March - 2015 were selected and treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation, followed up for 1 to 24 months, then observe the clinical treat- ment. Results 135 cases were treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation treatment,131 cases had the successful operation,the suc- cess rate was 97.04%, ,and 135 patients had pericardial tamponade and 1 cases had second degree atrioventricular block, puncture needle strayed into the subclavian artery in 1 case,left pneumothorax in 1 cases, extubation drop in blood pressure, heart rate slow down in 1 case, surgical complication rate was 3.7% ,and the successful operation patients with an average follow-up time (12±8) a month,of which 120 cases followed up patients,with occasional atrial or ventricular premature beat in 3 cases,heartbeat tachycar- dia recurred in 4 cases, paroxysmal atrial tachycardia tachycardia in 2 cases, ablation after recurrence in 2 cases, and no recurrence of ventricular fibrillation,thrombosis and other complications. Conclusion cardiac 3D object measurement system of radiofrequency catheter ablation of tachyarrhythmia treatment has high success rate, complication rate is low, the recurrence rate is low and the op- eration adaptation range is wide, no age limit, not subject to merger restriction of organic heart disease is an effective treatment for clinical most commonly used in the treatment of arrhythmia.
