摘要
2014年,水钢为进一步降低炼钢工序成本,计划在二烁钢100t钢包上实施大包全程加盖新工艺。针对新工艺的相关情况,如果大包全程加盖项目实施后,炼钢以往100t钢包上实行的灌引流砂确保钢包自动引流的工艺将不再满足新工艺的实施。为解决制约全程加盖项目实施的限制性问题,2014年4月,炼钢厂组织在二准备车间100t钢包上进行引流器的试验。本文对试验的必要性进行了分析,对引流器相关试验情况进行了介绍,对试验过程中的情况和数据进行了总结,并对试验存在的问题及下一步优化方案进行了拟定。
In 2014, in order to decrease cost in steeimaking process, ladle coveting technology during whole production process was planned to carry out in our steelmaking plant. According to relevant conditions of the technological implementation, after the technology was realized, the previous stuffing sand filling in 100 t ladle tapping hole for flee opening was out of date. In order to solve restrictive problems hindering the technology, use experiments of stuffing device in 100 t ladle tapping hole were made in our No.2 preparation workshop in our steelmaking plant in April of 2014. In this article, experimental necessity was analyzed, relevant experimental conditions were introduced, experimental results were summarized, problems in experiments were discussed and next plans were made.
