摘要
本文通过对一高线K1到K5道次及K1至吐丝机问堆钢部位、堆钢钢种、堆钢原因进行统计,结合工艺过程中原料断面积、轧制速度、开轧温度等参数的变化,分析了一高线该区间发生轧件断裂堆钢的现象及堆钢的原因。
With statistics of places and steel grades and causes of steel piling-up from K1 to K.5 passes and from K1 to laying head and consideration of factors such as sectional area of billet, rolling speed, rolling start temperature and etc., phenomena and causes of steel piling "up arising from rolled-piece fracture in the rolling process are analyzed.
