摘要
随着国家对环境保护工作的重视和工厂对烧结除尘灰的综合利用,当前新建烧结机都采用了干式除灰。气力输灰技术作为一种高效经济的干式除灰方式,在烧结除尘中得到了越来越广泛的应用。水钢6^#、7^#烧结机,其除尘器收集的除尘灰全部通过气力输送至集中灰仓回收利用。本论文详细介绍该套气力输送装置的工作原理、输送工艺流程及运行情况。
With the national emphasis on environmental protection and the comprehensive utilization of ash from sintering and dust removal, dry ash removal is used in all new sintering machines. Pneumatic ash transport technology as an effective and economical dry ash removal way has been more and more widely used in sintering dust removal. All the sintering dust collected by dust remover in No.6 and No.7 sintefing machines in Shuigang is pneumatically transported to concentration ash bin for recycle. The working principle and transport process and operation condition of the pneumatic transport device are introduced in detail in this article.
