摘要 目的:探讨3.0T磁共振断层血管成像(MRTA)各种扫描方法在脑神经血管压迫综合征中的应用,并分析各种方法的优缺点。方法:对50例临床诊断为面肌痉挛的患者,进行t1-vibe-fs、t2-space-p2、3D-TOF FLASH三种序列扫描后,计算各组图像信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),并分析比较其图像质量。结果 :t1-vibe-fs、t2-space-p2两种序列图像的SNR与CNR均高于3D-TOF FLASH序列(P均<0.05),t1-vibe-fs序列图像的SNR高于t2-space-p2序列(P<0.05),CNR低于t2-space-p2序列(P<0.05)。t1-vibe-fs、t2-space-p2两种序列的图像质量评分均高于3D-TOF FLASH序列(P均<0.05),t2-space-p2序列的图像质量评分高于t1-vibe-fs序列(P<0.05)。结论:MRTA技术能清楚显示颅神经及责任血管,t1-vibe-fs结合t2-space-p2对颅神经血管压迫综合征有重要价值。 Purpose: To investigate the application of MR tomographic angiography (MRTA) comprehensive scanning technique on cranial neurovascular compression syndrome, and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. Methods: MRTA was performed in 50 patients with hemifacial spasm (HFS) . The quality of MRTA images were compared between tl-vibe-fs, t2-space-p2 and 3D-TOF FLASH sequences. After the scanning, the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) were calculated, and the image quality was also evaluated. Results: The SNR and CNR of tl-vibe-fs and t2-space-p2 were higher than that of 3D-TOF FLASH (all P〈0.05). The SNR of tl-vibe-fs was higher than that of t2-space-p2 (P 〈0.05).The CNR of tl-vibe-fs was lower than that of t2-space-p2 (P 〈 0.05).The image quality scores of tl-vibe-fs and t2-space-p2 were higher than that of 3D-TOF FLASH (all P 〈 0.05).The image quality scores of t2-space-p2 was higher than that of tl-vibe-fs (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: MRTA may clearly show the relationship of cranial nerves and responsible blood vessels, combined application of t1-vibe-fs and t2-space-p2 sequences are valuable for the diagnosis of cranial neurovascular compression syndrome.
