摘要
对面齿轮磨削齿面粗糙度进行正交实验分析,采用多元非线性回归分析法建立了砂轮转速、进给速度、磨削深度的回归模型,分析了砂轮转速、进给速度、磨削深度等磨削参数对面齿轮磨削齿面粗糙度的影响状况,最后通过数学模型对单因素实验组数据进行实测值与预测值的比较,显示6组数据预测值与实际测量值的最大误差为11.13%。说明相对误差不大,此模型具有一定的精度。
The orthogonal experiment analysis of the surface roughness of grinding toothof face gear is car- ried out. The regression model of grinding wheel speed, feed rate and grinding depth is established by using multivariate nonlinear regression analysis method. The effect status of grinding wheel speed, feed speed and grinding depth on the face gear roughness are analyzed. The mathematical model of roughness about grinding wheel speed, feed speed and grinding depth is established. At last, according to the mathematical model of the single factor experimental data to carry on the comparison between measured and predicted, it is showed that the maximum error of the predicted value and the actual measured value is 11.13% o The result shows that the rela- tive error is not big, the accuracy of the model is improved.
