摘要
以某款变速器为研究对象,首先建立轴齿系统动力学模型,求得变速器在某一工况下壳体所承受的动态时域历程和载荷谱。以动态载荷为激励,建立有限元和边界元的仿真模型,计算壳体表面振动加速度以及壳体近声场辐射噪声。其次搭建变速器壳体振动与辐射噪声测试平台,测试相同工况下的壳体表面振动加速度值和近声场1 m位置的噪声频谱图,并与仿真结果对比,验证了有限元模型及边界元模型的正确性。最后对变速器壳体不同局域进行优化,通过仿真计算,结果显示优化后变速器壳体振动幅值及辐射噪声均得到较好抑制。
Taking a type of transmission as the research object, the axis gear system dynamics model is set up, and the dynamic time history and load spectrum of the transmission shell under the working condition are obtained. Based on dynamic load incentive, the finite element simulation model of the boundary element is es- tablished, the vibration acceleration and near sound field radiated noise of the shell surface are calculated. The gearbox shell vibration and radiated noise test platform is built, the shell surface vibration acceleration value and the acoustic noise spectrum of nearly one meter position under the same condition are test, and compared with the simulation results, the validity of the finite element model and the boundary element model is verified. Fi- nally, the different local gearbox shell is optimized, through the simulation calculation, the results show that the optimized gearbox shell vibration amplitude and radiated noise is better inhibition.
