摘要
径向变形量是影响谐波减速器啮合和柔轮使用寿命的重要参数之一。基于谐波传动包络啮合理论,分析了谐波传动径向变形量对啮合特性的影响规律。采用有限元法分析得到了在凸轮波发生器作用下柔轮的应力分布。研究结果表明,径向变形量对齿顶的啮合轨迹、柔轮的径向变形、切向变形、法向转角、柔轮的弯曲应力和切向应力影响较大。柔轮应力的有限元计算与理论计算结果具有较好的一致性。为合理选择径向变形量以提高啮合性能和柔轮寿命提供了一定的参考。
The radial deformation is one of the important parameters that affect meshing characteristic and the life of flexspline in harmonic reducer. Based on envelope meshing theory of harmonic drive, the influence of radial deformation on meshing characteristic of harmonic drive is analyzed. The finite element method is used to obtain the stress distribution of the flexspline. The results show that the radial deformation has significant influ- ence on the meshing track, the radial deformation of the flexspline, the tangential deformation, the rotation an- gle in normal direction, the bending stress and the tangential stress of the flexspline. The result of the flexspline stress distribution from theoretical calculation has good consistent with the result from finite element analysis. This can provide some reference for the choosing of reasonable radial deformation to improve meshing perform- ance and life of flexspline.
