抚州地区高温逼熟烟叶化学成分与致香成分的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation Analysis between Chemical Composition and Aroma Components of High Temperature Induced Maturity Tobacco Leaves in Fuzhou Area

摘要 为了解江西抚州烟区高温逼熟烟叶质量,提高烟叶可用性,以抚州6个产烟县的36个烟叶样品为材料,对其常规化学成分和中性致香物质含量进行了简单相关分析和典型相关分析。结果表明,常规化学成分与中性致香物质关系密切,相关性达到极显著或显著水平,烟叶中还原糖、烟碱和总氮对中性致香成分有重要影响。通过典型相关分析,可以将苯甲醛(-0.846 7^(**))、苯甲醇(0.774^(**))、茄酮(0.589^(**))、糠醇(0.761^(**))、氧化异佛尔酮(0.882^(**))、巨豆三烯酮1(-0.822^(**))、巨豆三烯酮3(-0.786^(**))、还原糖、烟碱和总氮作为抚州烟区高温逼熟的评价指标。 To understand the high temperature induced maturity of tobacco quality in Fuzhou tobacco of Jiangxi area in taking the usability of tobacco in 36 tobacco samples from 6 tobacco planting counties in Fuzhou as materials, the routine chemical components and neutral aroma components were simple correlation analyzed and canonical correlation analyzed. The results showed that the relationship between the conventional chemical components and neutral aroma compounds was closely related, and the correlation coefficient reached extremely significant or significant level. The reducing sugar, nicotine and total nitrogen in tobacco leaves had important effects on neutral aroma components. By canonical correlation analysis, benzaldehyde(-0.846 7^(**)), benzyl alcohol(0.774^(**)), solanes(0.589^(**)), furfuryl alcohol(0.761^(**)), isophorone oxide(0.882^(**)), monascalinone 1(0.822^(**)), monascalinone 3(-0.786^(**)), reducing sugar, nicotine and total nitrogen could be used as indicators of high temperature induced maturity in Fuzhou area.
