摘要
应用正交试验方法,对百里香进行了扦插繁殖的研究。结果表明,选取上部带有2~3茎节以及顶芽的枝条,在质量浓度为100 mg/L的ABT生长素中浸泡5 min后,扦插于草炭、珍珠岩和蛭石比例为1∶1∶1的扦插基质中生根效果最为理想。
Cutting propagation of Thymus mongolicus Ronn was studied with orthogonal design. The result showed that the upper part with 2~3 stem nodes and the shoot of the terminal buds and steeping in 100 mg/L ABT for 5 minutes, then cutting in the cutting substrate with 1∶1∶1 ratio of peat, perlite and vermiculite, the rooting effect was the most ideal.
