聚焦工程伦理:筑牢社会风险的“防火墙”

摘要 工程伦理是群体性、职业性、责任性、预防性、实践性伦理,是与工程相关的专业群体,在职业活动中,为了防范风险,确保工程的长期效益、整体效益和社会效益,而必须遵守的道德规范和行为准则。工程伦理的关键在于利他性和公益性。工程伦理于我国是工程学和伦理学研究中的"新入场者"。对广大工程应用型高校而言,有必要结合实际借鉴发达国家相关经验,通过整合课程内容、重视相关研究团队和师资队伍建设、强化案例研究加快教材建设、创新教育方式鼓励情境模拟和角色扮演等举措,推动工程伦理教育的广泛和深入开展。 Engineering ethics is moral standards and codes of conduct which is related to the project and professional groups in the occupation activity. It aims to prevent risks and ensure the long-term benefit of engineering, the overall benefit and social benefit. The nature of engineering ethics is collective, occupational, responsible, preventive and practical. The key of engineering ethics lies in altruism and public welfare. Engineering ethics is a new comer in the research of engineering and ethics. To the general engineering applied universities, it is necessary to learn from the actual experience of the developed countries to promote the extensive and in-depth development of engineering ethics education by integrating the content of the curriculum, attaching importance to the related research team and teachers' construction, strengthening the case study, accelerating the construction of teaching materials, and encouraging the situation simulation and role playing.
