基于知识图谱的国内领导风格研究综述:2006～2015年

A Review of Domestic Studies in Leadership Style Based on Knowledge Mapping from 2006 to 2015

伴随着工作方式和员工素质的变化,领导的风格、行为模式正从传统的"管"向"协调、合作"模式过渡,全面了解领导风格发展的最新态势对领导管理实践具有重要参考意义。以2006~2015年期间的1 020篇期刊文献为样本,利用Citespace软件分析绘制可视化知识图谱,从作者、主题、机构等多方面进行领导风格领域研究。研究表明:领导风格领域发文期刊水平较高,集中于管理、学报、心理等领域;研究作者和机构集中于高校和科研机构,团队合作和机构合作现象普遍存在;领域研究正由领导风格间横向对比、积极领导风格对其他因素的作用等热点问题转向创新、组织因素、心理因素、消极领导风格等前沿方向。

Along with the way of working and the change of the quality of employees, leadership style and behavior patterns are transiting from the traditional ＂management＂ to ＂coordination and cooperation＂. It is of important reference significance to comprehensive understanding of the new development trend of leadership style. Taking 1020 essays in domestic leadership style areas in 2006 -2015 as the sample, this paper used Citespace to make leadership style areas knowledge visualization mapping, and did the analysis from multiple research dimensions such as author, subject, organization, etc. This research showed that leadership style areas published journal in higher levels, center on management, academic journal, psychological, and other fields; the authors and institutions center on universities and scientific research institutions, and teamwork and cooperation phenomenon are widespread; the areas research is being changed from the horizontal contrast between leadership style and positive leadership style to the innovation, organizational factors, psychological factors, and negative leadership style.
