迁钢公司4000m^3高炉铁水质量改善实践

摘要 迁钢公司3号高炉通过提高富氧、缩小风口面积、强化原燃料管控和出铁等措施,有效弥补了入炉风温水平下降和原燃料质量波动对高炉生产的影响,避免了炉缸活跃度下降,保证了热制度的稳定,高炉铁水质量达到了长期保持优质和稳定的目标。 With a series of adjustment measures, such as increasing the oxygen enrichment, reducing the area of tuyere, strengthening the control of raw fuel and tapping iron, the adverse effects of No. 3 BF production on the blast temperature reduction and raw fuel quality fluctuation have been prevented availably in Shougang Qian'an iron & steel Co. Ltd.. These avoided the descent of hearth activity, ensured the stability of the thermal system and kept the BF hot metal with a high quality for a long time.
