高强钢SFB700热轧板边浪缺陷的成因分析及控制措施

摘要 分析了3.0—6.0mm厚高强钢SFB700热轧板边浪缺陷的形成原因,通过优化精轧区的比例凸度分配、调节层冷区两侧的水量差及侧喷嘴角度、重新制定平整工艺参数,有效降低了高强钢SFB700热轧板边浪缺陷的发生率。 The formation causes of the edge wave defect of SFB700 hot rolled high strength steel strip with the thickness of 3.0 to 6.0 mm were analyzed. By optimizing the proportion of crown distribution in the finishing area, adjusting the water quantity difference on both sides and side nozzle angle in the laminar cooling area, and redesigning the temper rolling process parameters, the edge wave defect of SFB700 hot rolled high strength steel strip was reduced effectively.
