Designing and Researching of the Slag Pot Grating Producing Line

摘要 结合某钢厂渣罐格栅板生产线设计和格栅板生产实践,研究格栅板生产线设计和格栅板生产要点。提出格栅板生产工艺流程,并对生产线布置进行研究,设计了物流顺畅的生产线;详细阐述格栅板生产过程,对生产具有较强的指导意义;提出格栅板的原料配比,并结合钢厂废弃资源现状对格栅板的原料配比进行修正;设计了分体式模具,该模具四周的立板可以调整用以生产不同形状的模板;研究了热态破拆,热态破拆可以有效提高铸余渣破拆成功率。 The key points of the designing of the slag pot grating producing line and the grating producing are studied in this paper. The producing process of the grating is put forward and also the layout of the producing line is researched. An unhindered producing line is designed. The paper has significant meaning in guiding the producing, profited from the detailed elaborating of the producing process of the grating. The raw material of the grating is referred and also modified combing with the actuality of the abandoned resources of the steel company. A mould, whose arising board around can be modified to produce different shaped molding board, is designed. Forcib|e entry in hot state which is useful for enhancing the success rate is studied.
