边境治理中的跨国婚姻移民:特征、动力及其影响——基于对云南两个边境县的调查与思考

Characteristics,dynamics and impacts of transnational marriage-based immigrants in the perspective of borderland administration: A case study in two border counties of Yunnan province

通过对云南两个边境县的实地调查发现,跨国婚姻移民现象正呈现出一些新的特征,不仅数量增长迅猛,地域空间扩大,而且族际通婚比例快速上升。深入挖掘其形成的内在动力,发现其更多是受到民族国家制度与政策差异、市场经济牵引等现代因素影响。随着跨国婚姻移民现象的普遍化,其对边境治理的影响日渐深入,既有负面的,更有积极的。只有理性客观地看待这一现象,才能在此基础上构建起完善的边境跨国婚姻移民治理体系。

This case study in two border counties of Yunnan province reveals that the transnational marriage-based immigrants have some new characteristics,including the fast growing population in a wider area,a growing number of interethnic marriages,etc.,whose inner dynamics includes such factors as the different systems and policies of the nation-states involved and the influence of the market economy. The growing popularity of the transnational marriage-based immigrants has both positive and negative impacts on the borderland administration. The construction of an efficient administrative system for the transnational marriage-based immigrants relies on a rational and objective understanding of this phenomenon.
