基于上海市7所高校海归青年教师政治认同的研究

An investigation study of the political identity of young overseas-educated teachers in seven universities in Shanghai

政治认同是中国特色社会主义政治建设的重要范畴,是政治理想信念树立的基本前提。通过调研访谈,探析海归青年教师在利益认同、制度认同、价值认同层面的基本现状及影响因素,通过增强利益获得感、坚定制度自信、强化价值引领等路径提升海归青年教师的政治认同。

Political identity is an important category of the political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is also the basic prerequisite for constructing political ideals and beliefs. This investigation is based on interviews,and analyzes the current situation and factors influencing the young overseas-educated teachers＇ sense of identity related to interests,systems and value orientation. It proposes that the enhancement of these teachers＇ political identity relies on strengthening their interest-acquiring sense,and enhancing their institutional self-confidence and correct value orientation.
