摘要
利用正交分析的方法,研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)、甘油、聚乙二醇、聚醚和硫酸钠共混体系中各组分对力学性能和水溶性能的影响,筛选出最佳配方组成:44%PVA0588,25%甘油,10%聚乙二醇,1%聚醚及20%硫酸钠;采用叶片挤出机成功吹塑出PVA水溶性薄膜,完全水溶时间为60s。
The effects of various components of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), glycerin, polyethylene glycol, polyether and sodium sulfate on mechanical properties and water solubility were studied by orthogonal analysis. The best prescription was found as PVA0588 44%, glycerin 25%, polyethylene glycol 10%, polyether 1% and sodium sulfate 20%. PVA water-soluble film was blown successfully in vane plasticization extruder while the completely dissolved time of blowing film was 60 s.
