摘要
介绍了一种顶部为异形S弯管状,竖直固定段为侧壁密布三角形扣位的换气管脱模机构。结合换气管结构特征,运用CAE技术对成型过程进行模拟。选取合理的浇注方案,并根据CAE方案完成换气管的模具设计。在模具结构中,弯管段设计由两段碰接组合的侧向抽芯完成脱模,竖直段由带顶杆的滑块组合机构完成脱模,弯管段两端部特征设计由两个斜向滑块完成脱模,三组抽芯机构为三次顺序开模,抽芯机构结构合理,易加工,降低生产成本,工作稳定可靠。
A releasing mechanism of a ventilation pipe with a top shaped S bent tube and a vertical fixed section with a triangular buckle on the side wall was introduced. Combined with the structure characteristics of the gas exchange pipe, the forming process was simulated by CAE Technology. Choosing reasonable casting scheme, and the die design of the gas exchange pipe according to the CAE program was completed. In the die structure, the bend section was designed by two side collision combination of side core pulling to complete the demoulding, and the vertical section was finished by the slide block combination mechanism with the mandril. The design of the end part of the bent section was finished by two oblique slide blocks, and the three core pulling mechanism was three times sequential die opening. The core pulling mechanism has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy processing, low production cost and reliable operation.
