摘要
为了解青海贵德地区猪群中猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的感染状况,本研究应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对采自该地区2个猪场的73份血清样品进行了PCV2抗体检测,采用荧光PCR技术对45份猪病料样品进行了PCV2病毒核酸检测。结果显示:PCV2抗体检测的平均阳性率为95.89%,猪病料PCV2病毒核酸检测的阳性率为100%。
To understand the infection situation of porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV 2） in the area of Guide, PCV 2 antibody had been detected in 73 serum samples from 2 pig farms by ELISA, and viral nucleic acid of PCV 2 had been detected in 45 tissue samples by fluorescence PCR. The results showed that the average positive rate of PCV 2 antibody was 95.89%, the positive rate of pathogen tissue samples was 100%.
