摘要
当前,国家和大多数省市已基本建成教育资源公共服务平台。教师是开展教育教学改革的主体,如何运用教育资源公共服务平台促进教师专业发展成为教育技术研究领域面临的课题之一。该文采用文献研究和案例研究的方法,以中国教育云—浙江教育资源公共服务平台促进浙江教师专业发展的实践为案例,提出了教育资源公共服务平台促进教师专业发展的五种路径:互联网思维重塑教师教育理念、信息化教学促进教学方式变革、在线分析培育教师教学诊断能力、优质资源共建提升教学知识管理能力和网络研修培养教师自主发展能力,以期对各省市教育资源公共服务平台促进教师发展的创新性实践,提升信息化服务教育教学能力提供借鉴。
Currently, the state and most provinces have basically completed the public service platform for educational resources. Teachers are the subject of the education teaching reform. It is a new topic in educational technology research field about how to utilize the public service platform for educational resources to promote teacher professional development. This paper uses the method of literature research and case study, a practice case of china educational cloud – Zhejiang public service platform for education resources to promote Zhejiang teacher professional development. This paper has put forward five ways of promoting the teacher professional development by the public service platform for educational resources. First of all, internet thinking reshaping teacher education idea; next, information teaching promoting the reform of teaching methods; and then, online analysis cultivating teacher's diagnostic ability of teaching; and then, quality resources constructing enhancing ability of teaching knowledge managing; finally, web-based advance study cultivating teacher's self-development ability. The research result of this paper has important reference significance in promoting teacher professional development innovation practice in various province public service platform for educational resource and improving information service education teaching ability.
