伏立康唑临床超说明书的应用分析

Analysis of off-indication use of voriconazole

目的为伏立康唑临床超说明书应用提供证据支持。方法检索Pub Med、Em Base、Cochrane Library、中国知网(CNKI)、万方和中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)数据库,截至2016年1月。对纳入文献的适应证、病原菌、给药途径、治愈率、研究类型等指标进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献39篇。伏立康唑临床超适应证应用包括伏立康唑在眼部感染、皮肤和软组织感染、骨和关节感染、腹部感染、心脏感染和组织胞浆病6个方面。结论本文可为治疗发病率低、没有明确抗真菌治疗方案的罕见部位的真菌感染提供参考。

Objective To provide evidence for the off - indication use of voriconazole. Methods PubMed, EmBase, the CochraneLibrary and three Chinese databases （CNKI,SinoMed and WangFang） were searched through January 2016. The indications, pathogens, route of administra- tion, cure rate and type of study were inclu-ded in the statistical analy- sis. All thestudies about the off - indication use of voriconazole were in- cluded, according to the established criteria. Results Thirty - nine case reports and case series involving the off- indication use and research ad- vance of voriconazole on ocular infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, abdominal infections, cardiac infection, and histoplasmosiswere included in the review. Conclusion We provided support for the treatment of fungal dence rate and no clear antifungal infections in rare sites with a low inci- treatment regimen.
