There was a clearer definition about the agricuhural supply -side structural reform in the Central Document No. 1, 2017. In order to better understand the profound connotation of the agricultural supply - side structural reform, it is necessary to grasp the following key issues, including the way to push forward the agricultural supply - side structural reform with the new development concept, comprehensive understanding of the implication of ＂focus on market demand change closely＂, and profound understanding of the essence of ＂give priority to improving agricultural supply quality＂.
