企业网络对突破性创新的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Firm Networks on Breakthrough Innovation

利用吉林省196家企业的调研数据,运用多层线性回归方法,检验企业网络的不同维度对突破性创新的影响,验证了资源整合在企业网络与突破性创新间的中介作用。结果表明,企业网络的不同维度对突破性创新的影响不同,网络规模、网络中心度与突破性创新正相关,而网络强度则负向影响突破性创新。在供给侧结构性改革及创新驱动发展战略引导下,应通过合理构建企业网络、加强资源管理、提高资源整合能力等手段提升企业突破性创新水平。

Based on the survey data of 196 enterprises in Jilin Province, the multiple linear regression is used to test the influence of the different dimensions of the firm network on the breakthrough innovation, which proves the intermediary role of resource integration between the firm network and the breakthrough innovation. The results show that the different dimensions of the firm network have different influence on the breakthrough innovation. The network scale and the central position of network are positively related to the breakthrough innovation, while the intensity of network is negative to the breakthrough innovation. Under the guidance of structural reform and innovation -driven development strategy, we can improve the breakthrough level of enterprise through rational construction of firm network, strengthening resource management and improving resource integration ability.
