摘要 [目的/意义]针对我国科技专家库建设分散、共享困难等问题,通过构建统一的科技专家信息语义模型实现对专家信息统一描述和共享,以打破专家信息孤岛、提高专家库利用效率。[方法/过程]以知识组织理论为基础,构建科技专家语义模型,从6个主要方面将分散、异构的专家信息进行语义化描述、关联与聚合,并采用RDF进行形式化描述和实证研究,最终生成具有较强规范性和语义关系的专家信息库,为实现异构专家信息的共建、共享与服务提供坚实基础。[结果/结论]实验结果表明,采用知识组织模型和方法,能够在语义层面对专家信息进行多维度语义化描述、关联和推理,并最终实现专家信息的有效聚合,在专家库建设、专家发现和知识组织方面有重要价值。[局限]需要对专家信息语义模型的领域适用性和信息更新机制进行持续优化,实现与知识组织工具的深度关联与服务。 [ Purpose/significance ] Faced with the challenges of China' s scientific and technical experts' database construc- tion and share, it is urgent to construct a unified semantic model to realize the universal description and share of expert information, which can break information islands and improve the efficiency of expert database. [ Method/process ] This paper proposed a description framework of expert information based on organization theory, which can describe semantic meaning, associate and aggregate scattering and heterogeneous experts' information from 6 aspects. Then RDF technology is adopted to make formal description and conduct empirical study. Finally, the expert database with strong specification and semantic relations can provide a solid foun- dation for merging heterogeneous expert information. [ Result/conclusion ] The experiment indicates that this knowledge organization model and method can describe, associate and aggregate the multi-dimensional semantic meaning of experts' information, and finally enhance the knowledge aggregation. This has great value in experts' database construction, experts discovery and knowledge organization. [ Limitations] Domain applicability and information update mechanism of the model need to be further optimized to deepen knowledge organization tools and services.
