摘要
惯性摩擦焊接技术作为先进的固相焊接工艺,以其独特的技术优势在高性能材料、特殊结构的连接上得到了广泛应用,现已成为航空发动机转子部件制造的核心技术。近年来航空发动机向着高性能、轻量化的方向发展,对惯性摩擦焊接技术的运用提出了新的挑战。国内外研究者围绕惯性摩擦焊接开展了大量的工艺及基础理论研究,部分结果已经在新型航空发动机转子部件的制造上成功运用。阐述了国内外惯性摩擦焊接工艺及其基础理论的研究进展,并介绍了该技术在航空领域的实际应用。
As an advanced solid-state welding technology, inertia friction welding have been widely used in connecting excellent performance materials and specific structures due to its inherent technological advantages. It plays a dominated role manufacturing rotor parts of aero-engine in aviation industry. In recent years, inertia friction welding met new challenges with the development requirements of high performance and light-weighting of aero-engine. Large amount of researches at home and abroad on inertial friction welding including the welding process studies and basic theories were studied. Partial results have been successfully applied to the manufacturing of parts in the aviation industry. The researches progress of inertial friction welding at home and abroad was summarized and its application in the aviation industry was also introduced.
