《关于新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则》是中国共产党新颁布的一部位阶较高的基础性党内法规,其出台具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。当前,学习贯彻该准则是全党的一项重要政治任务。文章认为其至少具有以下鲜明特点:体现继承和创新的有机统一,既全面又系统,以讲政治为重点,贯穿实事求是思想方法。贯彻落实这部特色鲜明的准则需要全体党员、领导干部、各级党组织和党的工作机关各司其职,以形成最大合力。

＂ The Guidelines for the Political Life of the Party in the New Situation ＂ is a new basic rule of the Communist Party of China, which has a great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance. At present, it is an important political task of the whole party to study and implement the standard. The article holds that it has at least the following characteristics： the embodiment of the organic unity of inheritance and innovation, both comprehensive and systematic, focusing on politics, through the idea of seeking truth from facts. The implementation of the distinctive characteristics needs all party members, leading cadres, party organizations at all levels and the party＇s work organs to perform their duties, in order to form the greatest force.
