摘要
安徽工商管理学院是一所政府举办、高校联合、企业参与的独具一格的办学单位,拥有着安徽省内联系较为广泛、形式较为多样并独具特色的社会网络。文章结合安徽工商管理学院拥有的独特的AH-MBA社会网络的特点,首次尝试运用社会网络理论和社会网络分析方法,对AHMBA社会网络的主体构成、节点数量、网络类型、功能价值、联系频率等基本特征进行系统深入研究,采用问卷分析和个别访谈的方法,诊断AH-MBA社会网络存在的不足,探讨进一步改进社会网络价值的对策建议,对于深入挖掘AH-MBA社会网络资源,充分发挥社会网络的功能和价值,提升安徽工商管理学院办学绩效具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。
Anhui Institute of Business Administration, which is run by the government, cooperated by colleges and joined by enter- prises, has a unique social network with wide contact and various forms in Anhui. Combined with its unique features, this paper at- tempts to use the social network theory and social network analysis method to deeply research the body of the AH-MBA social net- work, node number, network type, the function value, and contact frequency. Meanwhile, it uses the methods of questionnaire anal- ysis and individual interview to diagnose the defects of AH-MBA in the social network, and further explore improvement counter- measures and suggestions. It has the important realistic meaning and practical value to dig AH-MBA social network resources, give full play to the function and value of social network, and promote school running performance in Anhui Institute of Business Administration.
