Combined with the indexes of line density, line length, non-linear coefficient and transfer coefficient, which are all closely related to the late organization of operation, the modern tram network planning is further improved for the integrated development of planning, construction and operation. Through case analysis,the adjusted network planning with concerns on operation and organization is more reasonable.
