摘要
随着城市地下空间的不断开发,越来越多的深基坑与城市轨道交通控制保护区重叠。鉴于城市轨道交通这种极其重要的市政设施,高层建筑物深基坑施工必须保证邻近既有隧道的安全性。以重庆市中心区域某涉轨项目的高层建筑深基坑为例,通过数值模拟分析了深基坑施工对既有隧道的影响,确定了切实可行的施工方案,监测数据亦验证了方案的可行性。
With the continuous development of underground space construction in cities, the range of deep pit excavation will frequently overlap with urban rail transit control and pro- tection zones. Since urban rail transit is one of the most im- portant municipal facilities,deep pit excavation of high-rise buildings must ensure the safety of the adjacent rail transit tun- nels. In this paper, taking a deep pit excavation project in the central area of Chongqing City for example, which is close to an operating rail transit, the adverse impact of rail transit caused by the neighboring pit exaction is analyzed based on numerical simulation,a practical construction scheme is pro- posed and verified by monitoring data.
