地铁站台屏蔽门系统的运营期间在线高效维修要求越来越高。分析了常见地铁站台屏蔽门设备控制系统的中央控制单元及门锁安全回路设计的缺点,并针对缺点提出了优化建议。建议中央控制单元分为监视与控制2块电路板,并增加冗余设计;提出门锁安全回路的优化方案,并作出分析。

Higher and higher quality of the online mainte- nance during the operations of platform screen door （PSD） is required. By analyzing the design flaws in the central control unit and the lock safety circuit for metro PSD control system, an optimization scheme for the door lock safety circuit is pro- posed and analyzed,which will divide the central control unit into two circuit boards monitoring and control, and add redundant design to the central control unit.
