黄精赞育胶囊联合针挑疗法对弱精子症患者精液质量及性激素水平的影响

Effect of Huangjingzanyu Capsule combined with needle pricking therapy on semen quality and sex hormone levels in patients with asthenospermia

目的观察黄精赞育胶囊联合针挑疗法对弱精子症患者精液质量及性激素水平的影响。方法将88例弱精子症患者随机分为2组,对照组44例给予针挑疗法治疗,研究组44例给予黄精赞育胶囊联合针挑疗法治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,检测2组治疗前后精液质量以及性激素水平。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组精子密度、精子活率、a级精子百分比和a+b级精子百分比均显著升高(P均<0.05),研究组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组雌二醇(E_2)和总睾酮(TT)均显著升高(P均<0.05),黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和泌乳素(PRL)均显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组E_2和TT水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),LH、FSH和PRL均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论黄精赞育胶囊联合针挑疗法治疗弱精子症,可明显改善精液质量,调节性激素水平,疗效显著。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Huangjingzanyu Capsule combined with needle pricking therapy on semen quality and sex hormone levels in patients with asthenospermia. Methods 88 patients with asthenospermia were randomly divided into 2 groups, 44 cases in the control group were treated by needle pricking therapy, 44 cases in the study group were given Huangjingzanyu Capsule combined with needle pricking therapy, the 2 groups were continued treatment for 3 months. The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups after treatment was compared, and semen quality and sex hormone levels were measured before and after treatment in the 2 groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the sperm density, sperm motility, percentage of class a sperm and percent- age of class a ＋ b sperm were significantly increased in the 2 groups （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , and the study group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; the levels of Estradiol （ E2 ） and total testosterone （TT） were significantly in- creased in the 2 groups, while the levels of luteinizing hormone （ LH）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） and prolactin （PRL） were significantly decreased （all P 〈0. 05） , and the changes in the study group were more significantly than those in the control group （ all P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Huangjingzanyu Capsule combined with needle pricking therapy in the treatment of asthcnospermia, can significantly improve semen quality, regulate the level of sex hormone, the curative effect is significant.
