用建筑废渣灰和铸造旧砂再生粉尘制备高强轻集料的研究

摘要 为减少环境污染,实现建筑行业的可持续发展,利用建筑废渣灰和铸造旧砂再生粉尘制备了高强轻质建筑材料。分析了建筑废渣灰、铸造旧砂再生粉尘的化学成分,给出了高温烧结方法生产轻集料的主要工艺流程及步骤,并对生产出的轻集料制品性能进行了研究。结果表明,所生产的轻集料密度为1000~1250kg/m3,吸水率为5%~7%,强度等级≥800,属高强轻集料。 In order to reduce environmental pollution and realize the sustainable development of construction industry. The construction waste ash and foundry sand reclamation dust are used to prepare the high strength lightweight building material. The chemical composition of construction waste ash, casting sand regeneration dust is analyzed, the high temperature sintering method is determined to test the production of lightweight aggregate, and the performance of light aggregate products produced are studied. The results show that the method can produce the high strength lightweight aggregate whose density in the range of 1000-1250kg/m3, water absorption in 5%-7%,and the strength grade over 800.
