摘要
铸造厂常采用布袋式除尘方法来解决粉尘污染,振动落砂机通常采用集尘罩防护抑制粉尘扩散,但仍有大量粉尘从集尘罩上方扩散,严重污染了车间环境,降低了布袋除尘系统的除尘效率。针对铸造厂车间环境开发了一种高压细水雾降尘系统抑制粉尘扩散,有效地提高了布袋除尘系统的除尘效率,改善了车间环境,试验结果表明:(1)细水雾技术应用于铸造行业粉尘治理是切实可行的,有利于改善铸造车间环境,符合节能、降尘减排的要求;(2)细水雾降尘技术可以为铸造企业带来可观的社会效益和经济效益,值得大力推广。
Casting plants often used bag dust collector to solve the dust pollution. Dust cage was used on vibration flask shaker to prevent dust diffusion. But there were still a lot of dust come above the dust cover, that seriously polluted the workshop environment and reduced the efficiency of bag dust collector. A high-pressure water mist dust suppression system was developed to reduce the dust diffusion in the workshop environment, which highly improved the dust removal efficiency of the bag dust collector system and the workshop environment. The test results showed that: ( 1 )Fine water mist technology used in the casting industry dust treatment was feasible and conducive to improving the foundry workshop environment, that was in line with energy saving and dust reduction requirements. (2)Water mist dust technology could bring substantial social and economic benefits for the casting company. It was worth promoting.
