摘要 介绍了铸件结构设计与各种铸造缺陷倾向的关系,分析了各种结构形状对铸件损伤、宏观偏析、脉纹、膨胀、热裂、冷隔和浇不足、晶粒粗大、表面粗糙、缩孔、缩松、缩陷等缺陷产生倾向的影响。列举了由于铸件结构不良而产生各种缺陷的实例,并阐述了应当采取的设计改进措施。最后强调指出:如果在设计过程中充分考虑到铸件形状结构与铸造缺陷的关系,以及借鉴铸件设计成功经验,就可能生产出符合设计结构和质量要求的铸件,而且可以降低铸件的生产成本。 The relationship between casting structure design and various casting defeels were introduced. The impacts of various structural shapes on casting damage, macroscopic segregation, veins,expansion, hot cracking,cold separation,pouring, eoarse grain,rough surface,shrinkage depression,porosity,cavities and other defects were analyzed. Examples of defects due to poor casting structures were presented and the improvement measures that should be taken were described. Finally,it was emphasized that if the design process taken into account the relationship between the casting shape and the casting defects and the successful experience of the casting design,it was possilble to produce castings that meet the design and quality requirements and reduce the production cost of the castings.
