近10年全球新型静脉麻醉药物临床研发动态 被引量:7

Global Clinical Research and Development of Intravenous Anesthetics in the Past Decade

摘要 随着现代社会的发展以及各个国家医疗体系的不断完善,微创手术和无痛检查需求量逐渐攀升,在手术和检查中对麻醉药品的需求量也呈快速增长。基于环保和手术室废气排放设施的硬件考虑,静脉麻醉药物的使用增幅远大于吸入性麻醉药物。静脉麻醉新药的研发也已成为各大科研机构和制药公司竞争的重点。综述近10年全球新型静脉麻醉药物的临床研究进展,为相关药物的开发提供参考。 With the rising number of minimally invasive surgery and non-invasive inspection, the demand of narcotic drugs which are used in perioperative period presents a quick growth. In consideration of environmental protection and emission facilities in operation room, intravenous anesthetics are more frequently used than inhalation anesthetics. The development of novel intravenous anesthetics has witnessed fierce competition among research institutions and pharmaceutical companies. This article focuses on the global clinical development of novel intravenous anesthetics in recent ten years, so as to provide reference for the development of related drugs.
