焦化蜡油自动反冲洗过滤器的应用及改进

Application and improvement of coking wax oil automatic backwashing filter

介绍了ZFG-Ⅱ型蜡油自动反冲洗过滤器在中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂120万t/a延迟焦化装置的应用情况,分析了运行过程中存在的问题,并采取了相应的改进措施。结果表明:通过采取切除过滤器前的蜡油产品泵,更换高硬度金属材质的气动球阀,在过滤器进出口跨线上增加带有联锁速开作用的调节阀等措施,可避免过滤器运行过程中出现的异常问题;过滤后蜡油中固含量质量分数由0.015 1%降至0.001 0%,脱固率高达93.38%,同时还改善了机泵密封冲洗油的品质,降低了热油泵机械密封泄漏频次。

The application of ZFG-Ⅱ type wax oil automatic backwashing filter in a 1. 2 Mt/a delayed coking unit was introduced in Refinery of Urumqi Petrochemical Company,Petro China. The existing problems during operation were analyzed and corresponding improvement measures were taken.The results showed that by removing the wax oil pump that in front of the filter,replacing the high hardness of the metal material of the pneumatic valve,and adding the control valve with interlocking quick opening action at the inlet and outlet cross line of the filter,etc,the abnormal problems could be avoided during the operation of filter. The mass fraction of solid in the wax oil after filtration reduced from 0. 015 1% to 0. 001 0%,removal rate of solid was as high as 93. 38%,the quality of the pump seal flushing oil improved,and the leakage frequency of heat pump mechanical seal reduced.
