摘要
基于在线清灰高粉尘换热器及闪蒸技术,开发出催化裂化催化剂喷雾干燥尾气热量回用工业试验装置,考察了不同闪蒸压力下该装置的运行情况。结果表明,该装置可实现长周期稳定运行,关键设备在线清灰高粉尘换热器及闪蒸罐运行状况良好,系统具有良好的换热效率,可产生110~115℃,340~380 kg/h的低压饱和蒸汽,蒸汽流量实际值与理论值的误差在±5%以内。
Based on the online ash cleaning high dust heat exchanger and the flashing technology, the heat recycling industry experimental installment for catalytic craking catalyst spray dry tail was devel- oped ,and the running conditions for the installment were investigated at different flash pressures. The re- sults showed that the long - period stable operation could be achieved, the key equipments including the online ash cleaning high dust heat exchanger and theflash tank had good operational state, the system had well- heated exchange efficiency, and the low pres- sure saturated steam with 110 - 150 ℃ and 340 - 380 kg/h could be generated from the system, and the error between the actual steam flow and the theo- retical steam flow was within ± 5%.
