摘要 介绍了TANDEM天然气换热式转化工艺中一段转化炉触媒层阻力大、出一段炉转化气温度高、一段炉出口气甲烷含量高和二段炉阻力大。 Causes are given for the high resistance in the catalyst bed of the primary reformer, the high temperature of the reformed gas at its exit, the high methane content in its outlet gas, the high resistance in the secondary reformer, water boiling or overheating in the water jacket of the shell of the second reformer, and the deformed temperature profile in the catalyst bed in the TANDEM natural gas heat transfer reforming, and the method of handling is offered.
