历史记忆在国际关系研究中的作用——以柬埔寨外交为例

The Role of Historical Memory in the Study of International Relations:A Case Study of Cambodia's Diplomacy

随着后现代主义的不断发展,历史记忆在国际关系研究领域受到人们更多关注。历史记忆是群体对于往昔事件的社会性建构,且在此基础上重塑历史事件并服务于现实政治及精神需求。国际关系研究视阈下的历史记忆可分为冲突性历史记忆与合作性历史记忆,其对于国家间行为以及国际冲突与合作产生相应影响。历史记忆作为相对独立的变量嵌入国家关系结构之中,其在国际政治演绎的作用机制通过对一国的战略文化、决策者认知以及公众舆论等中间链条,推动政府外交政策生成以及国家间关系互动,从而催生国际关系的纷争与合作。文章以柬埔寨对外关系变迁发展为案例,对历史记忆与国际关系的逻辑机制做出大致的检验。

with the continuous development of postmodernism, historical memory has attracted more and more attention in the field of international relations studies. Historical memory is the social construction of groups for the past events, and on this ba- sis, historical events are reconstructed and serve the needs of politics and spirit. From the perspective of international relations research, historical memory can be divided into conflicting historical memory and cooperative historical memory, which has a corresponding impact on inter - state behavior and international conflicts and cooperation. History memory, which is embedded into the structure of countries relationship as a relatively independent variable and which functions in the international politics e- volution through the middle chains of the strategic culture, the cognition of the decision makers and public opinion of a country, promotes the generation of the country＇s foreign policy and the interaction between countries, which, as a result, lead to disputes and cooperation in international relations. Here, taking the development of foreign relations in Cambodia as a case study, this paper makes a general examination of the logical mechanism of historical memory and international relations.
