创新之路视角下的跨境电子商务发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Cross-border Electronic Commerce from the Perspective of Innovation

自中国倡导"一带一路"建设以来,全球100多个国家和国际组织积极参与到"一带一路"建设中,呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。"一带一路"建设稳健发展的前提和基础,是要坚持创新发展,切实将"一带一路"打造成创新之路,真正实现经济上的优势互补、共建共享。跨境电子商务,作为当前重要的互联网+贸易手段,是实现沿线国家实现深度合作的重要路径。本文在分析当前跨境电子商务的发展现状及存在的问题基础上,提出发展跨境电子商务的对策与建议,以期为促进"一带一路"建设的健康发展提供理论借鉴。

The ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative, since its advocate, has attracted the active participation of more than I00 countries and international organizations and is showing a trend of vigorous development. However, the premise and basis of the sound de- velopment of the project is to adhere to the innovative development, so as to truly achieve economic complementary advantages and co - construction and sharing. Here we propose cross - border electronic commerce, and argue that, as the important means of current trade, it is an important way to realize the deep cooperation in the countries along the line. Based on the analysis of the current development of cross - border electronic commerce and the existing problems, this paper puts forward the counter- measures and suggestions of developing cross - border electronic commerce, with the purpose of providing theoretical reference for the healthy development of the ＂beh and road＂ construction.
