Training is an important way to bolster the professional knowledge and skills of staff. The paper offers an in-depth analysis of the advanced training systems and training experience of world famous oil companies, with the aim to provide insights for China's oil companies in the conduct of training and further reinforce the role of training as an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of companies.
