摘要
本文从员工考核评价体系建设的科学性和实用性角度,对员工考核评价指标的设置、方式方法的选择、评价结果的应用进行分析,提出应注重素质、能力和业绩的全方位考核,实现定性与定量评价的有机结合,强化考核结果的有效应用。
The paper offers an analysis of the ways to build a scientifically designed and useful staff assessment and evaluation system, including the development of assessment and evaluation indicators, the selection of methods and approaches and the application of evaluation results. It points out the need to implement an all-round assessment of an employee's quality, competences and performance, combine qualitative and quantitative evaluations and enhance the effective application of assessment results.
